From Paris to Carcassonne.
We started cruising from Saint-Jean-de-Losne to Chalon-sur-Saône where we took the Bourbonnais route to Paris. This route is a collection of four canals in the centre of France that connects the River Seine to the River Saône. We stayed one month in Paris (port-arsenal-bastille) and then went South onto the River Yonne and Canal du Nivernais back to Chalon. From here onto the Rivers Saône and Rhône to South France and via Canal du Rhône à Sète to Carcassone port on the Canal du Midi.
